We know that getting the keys to your own front door is just the start. It can sometimes feel daunting managing your home and independence – things that many people seem to take for granted. We hear you – and we won’t underestimate the significance of the steps you’re about to take.

That’s why we also provide pastoral care to help people navigate the often challenging aspects of home life. This can include anything from signposting to debt advice services, welfare rights advocacy and facilitating access to emergency food.

Following a comprehensive needs assessment, we commit to providing a minimum of three hours’ weekly in-house support to educate everyone we work with on sustaining their tenancy and managing any triggers and risks to wellbeing.
